Mr. James Ferguson Paton - CEO and Chairman of the Portfolio Review Committee
Jamie serves as the CEO of Infinity Investment Management. Jamie has 41 years of investment experience across the UK and Asia across deal origination and structuring, due diligence, deal execution and monitoring, and business development. Mr. Paton has a wide corporate and financial network across Asia and Europe. He advises companies in sectors including energy, infrastructure, and consumer. He previously worked at First Reserve from 2011, when he opened the Hong Kong office, until 2018. Prior to joining First Reserve, he was a Consultant at AEA Investors (Asia) and was previously the Managing Director and Head of India for Candover Asia, where he was responsible for establishing Candover’s operations in Asia and managing investment and business development activities in the region. Prior to Candover, he was the Managing Director and Head of North Asia in 3i’s Global Growth Capital business, where he was responsible for 3i’s presence in North Asia and where he co-led 3i’s Asia program. Mr. Paton holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and Diploma in Accounting both from Heriott-Watt University, Scotland and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Mr. Nihad Mohammad Akram Agow
Nihad Mohammad Akram Agowun, Senior Accounts Manager, Open Ended Funds, is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He joined Apex Fund Services (Mauritius) Ltd in 2016 and is also a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants. He currently oversees a diversified portfolio of financial and non-financial services entities at Apex Fund Services (Mauritius) Ltd which includes investment holding companies, investment managers, and closed-end funds. He also possesses practical know-how on the operational, regulatory and compliance aspects for global business companies. He has also been exposed to the main areas of the industry including legal, tax, accounting, administration and corporate secretarial.






Mr. Ahmad Tariq Hossanee
Ahmad Tariq Hossanee joined Apex Fund Services (Mauritius) Ltd (“Apex Mauritius”) in 2008 at which forms part of the Apex Group where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in the Global Business Sector. After 13 years, Tariq went to Krypton Fund Services as Chief Financial Officer. In 2023, he joined back Apex Mauritius as Senior Accounts Manager and has under his supervision a portfolio of Global Business Companies such as CIS Funds, CIS Managers and Investment Holding Companies. Tariq also holds directorships positions on client entities managed by Apex Mauritius and is an approved director vis the vis the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius. Tariq holds an MBA from Universidad Católica de Murcia (UCAM) Spain in Accounting and Finance, BSC (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from University of Technology, Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance with distinction from Cambridge International Qualification (CIQ) and is a Member of Chartered Management Institute.
Mr. Mohinder Dyall
Shakeel has more than 29 years of professional experience in sectors including information technology, travel, and hospitality. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and a Board Member of Thomas Cook Mauritius, a fully owned subsidiary of Thomas Cook India. At Thomas Cook, Shakeel is responsible for the implementation of all strategic decisions taken at the Board and oversees the day-to-day management of Thomas Cook Mauritius. Prior to Thomas Cook, Shakeel held executive-level positions at Mauritian companies including Flemingo Duty Free, Mauritius Duty Free Paradise, and Infokeens. Shakeel is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds an M.Sc. in E-Business from the University of Mauritius. He is also a member of professional organizations including Association pour le Progrès du Management and the Mauritius Institute of Directors.


Mr. Massimo Quattrocchi
Massi is a Director of Euro Asian Advisory Investments SRL, Belgium through which he collaborates with a consortium of international investors to establish a comprehensive advisory and investment business focused on the Europe, South Asia, and MENA regions, with a pan-European perspective. Massi brings over 31 years of experience in finance, investments, and fundraising. He was not only one of the early investors in the Hindustan Foods club deal but also an existing investor in Infinity Holdings. Massi has been helping IIM with fundraising since its inception.
Mr. Yudishtir Buldewo
Mr. Buldewo has more than 14 years of professional experience in sectors including investment and fund management, offshore and onshore structuring, and business development. He currently serves as Co-Founder and Board Director of the Food Security Improvement Company (FSIC), an agri-investment and development platform across Southern Africa. He has also previously served as Regional Director of Business Development at Vistra Group, covering the Indian Ocean, Middle East (GCC), Asia, Europe, and the USA. Prior to Vistra, Buldewo held board and executive-level positions at companies including InterAfrica Trade, DM Business Solutions, and Apex Group, where he led Business Development and Client Management for Private Client Transactional and Directorship Services. Buldewo has managed the affairs of high-net-worth individuals and families across Asia, Europe, the USA, and Africa, and has worked with fund managers with assets under management exceeding USD 500 million. He holds an MBA specialising in Financial Risk & Management and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Financial Services with Law. He is a Member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors and an approved member of the Southern African Venture Capital Association.
